4. Orders and Payment Terms
Order Finality: All orders are final upon submission and cannot be modified or canceled. Please verify your details before completing the checkout.
Accepted Payments: Major credit cards, debit cards, and other online payment methods as displayed at checkout.
Order Processing Times:
o In-stock items: 1-3 business days.
o Pre-orders: 7-20 business days.
o Custom wig orders: 10-14 business days.
5. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Carriers: Chit Chats, Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx with signature confirmation.
Delivery Timelines: 2-5 business days after processing.
International Shipping
Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery Timelines: 7-10 business days after processing.
Customs Fees and Duties: International buyers are responsible for tariffs, duties, and taxes imposed by their country.
Address Corrections
Ensure your shipping address is accurate before confirming your order.
Incorrect addresses will result in packages being returned to us, and reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Undeliverable or Lost Packages
NSK Hair is not responsible for lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages. Once the package is handed over to the carrier, contact the carrier directly for assistance.
6. Return and Exchange Policy
No Returns
Due to the personal nature of our products, all sales are final, and returns are not accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are permitted only in the following cases:
If we shipped the wrong product.
If the product has a defect (e.g., irregular texture, manufacturing issue).
Conditions for Exchanges:
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in their original condition with ties and packaging intact.
All original items, including gifts and accessories, must be returned. Missing items will void the exchange request.
Non-Exchangeable Products:
Lace products (closures, frontals, full lace wigs) and curly bundles due to their delicate nature.
Products damaged during transit by the courier (contact the courier for such issues).

7. Pre-Orders
Availability: Pre-orders are available during specific time windows announced on our website or social media.
Processing Time: Orders placed during a pre-order window are not processed immediately. Once the window closes, please allow 7 to 20 business days for production before your order is shipped or made available for pick-up.
Shipping Timeline: Domestic (2–5 business days), International (7–10 business days).
Mixed Orders: If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will ship once the pre-order item is ready. To avoid delays, we strongly recommend placing separate orders for in-stock items.
Stock Availability: Even if the same product becomes available in stock after your order is placed, your pre-order will still be processed as a pre-order and cannot be converted to in-stock. This ensures fairness, as pre-orders may include exclusive pricing or special batch handling.
8. Bi-Weekly Pre-Order Windows
Pre-orders are processed in bi-weekly windows, running every two weeks (Monday to Saturday of the second week). Orders placed during an active window are only processed once the window closes. Please allow 7 to 20 business days for production before shipment or pick-up.
9. Collection Separation – Regular & Extra-Length Collections
Our Regular Collection (8”–30”) and Extra-Length Collection (32”–40”) are sourced from two different vendors.
Mixing items from both collections in the same order is not recommended, as it may lead to differences in hair texture, color, or overall quality.
Each collection is clearly separated on the website to help customers make consistent selections and ensure product uniformity.
10. Pick-Ups
Eligibility: Pick-ups are available for both in-stock and pre-order items.
Processing Times:
o Pre-orders: 1-3 business days after production.
o In-stock items: 1-3 business days after purchase.
Pick-Up Address: Provided in your confirmation email once your order is ready.
Uncollected Orders: Orders not collected within 7 business days will be reordered. Customers will wait for the new production or preparation timeline.
Payment: All pick-up orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

12. Intellectual Property
