Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping
Carriers: Chit Chats, Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx (signature confirmation required).
Delivery Times: 2 to 5 business days after processing.
International Shipping
Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, or FedEx.
Delivery Times: Approximately 7 to 10 business days after processing.
Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees or taxes imposed by their country.
Address Corrections
Ensure your shipping address is correct before confirming your order. Incorrect addresses will result in the package being returned to our warehouse, and reshipping will be at the customer’s expense.
Undeliverable, Lost, or Returned Packages
If a package is undeliverable due to insufficient address information or failed delivery attempts, reshipping costs will apply.
NSK Hair is not liable for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered packages caused by carrier errors or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Processing Times
In-Stock Items: 1 to 3 business days.
Pre-Orders: 7 to 20 business days.
Custom Wig Orders: 10 to 14 business days.
Important Note: Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays. High order volumes may cause delays, and you will be notified via email or phone if this occurs.
Pre-Orders
Order Windows: Pre-orders are only available during specific time windows announced on our website or social media.
Processing: Orders placed during a pre-order window are only processed after the window closes, and production takes 7 to 20 business days.
Shipping Timeline: Domestic (2–5 business days), International (7–10 business days).
Stock Changes: If a pre-ordered item becomes available in stock during or after the window, your order will still follow the pre-order schedule and cannot be expedited or altered.
Mixed Orders: If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship only when the pre-order items are ready. For faster delivery, we recommend placing separate orders..
Important Notes:
o Pre-orders are final and cannot be canceled or modified.
o Pre-orders cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.
Pick-Ups
Availability: Pick-ups are available for both pre-order and in-stock items.
Pick-Up Address: The pick-up location will be shared in your confirmation email once your order is ready.
Uncollected Orders:
o Orders must be collected within 7 business days of the pick-up confirmation email.
o After this period, the item will be reordered for you, and you will need to wait the required production or preparation time again.
Payment Policy: All pick-up orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No payments will be accepted at the pick-up location.
Collection Separation Notice :
Please note that we work with two different vendors for our Regular Collection (8”–30”) and Extra-Length Collection (32”–40”). Mixing items from both collections in one order is not recommended, as it may lead to inconsistencies in hair texture, color, or quality. Each collection is listed and displayed separately on our website. To maintain product consistency, we encourage customers to place separate orders for each collection.
Tracking and Notifications
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has shipped.
