Exchange Policy

Conditions for an Exchange
· The product must be unused, unaltered (e.g., no combing, washing, cutting, coloring, or wearing), and in its original condition with ties and packaging intact.
· All items included in the original package must be returned, including gifts, accessories, or promotional items. Missing items will void the exchange request.
Important Notes
· Non-Exchangeable Products: Lace products (e.g., closures, frontals, full lace wigs) and curly bundles are excluded due to their delicate nature.
· Products damaged during transit by the courier are not eligible for exchange (please contact the courier directly for such issues).
· Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to product quality (e.g., style or color preferences) does not qualify for an exchange.
· Missing items, altered products, or those not in their original condition will void the exchange request.
How to Request an Exchange
1. Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at contact@nskhair.com
2. Provide the following details:
o Full Name
o Contact Number
o Reason for Exchange (with clear photos of the product)
o Proof of Purchase
Shipping Instructions
· Customers are responsible for shipping costs using a traceable shipping method.
· If the returned product does not meet the outlined conditions, it will be sent back at the customer’s expense.
· Once the returned item is inspected and approved, a replacement product will be sent with a tracking number.
Currency Policy
